– 375 g (1.5 cups) of mango puree
– 500 ml (2 cups) of cold milk
– A small scoop of vanilla ice-cream
– 30-45 g (2-3 tablespoons) of sugar
Add mango puree and sugar in a blender and blend it to a fine paste. Then add milk. Then a scoop of ice-cream, blend together to a smooth creamy shake. Serve chilled!
