– 500 g (2 cups)of mango puree
– 30 g (2 tablespoons) of honey
– 1 lime
– fresh mint
– 250 g (1 cup) of natural yogurt
– Good quality dark chocolate for grating
Mix mango puree, honey, mint, lime juice and some zest, yogurt in food processor. Blitz away. When smooth, eat right away or store into the freezer for later. Transfer the mixture into the shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm. Scoop and serve.
