80 g butter 82% fat
100 g soft cream cheese
100 g of puree Alphonso mango
250 g flour
10 g baking powder for the dough
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Pre-heat the oven to 180° C. In a clean large bowl, using a mixer, beat the butter with cream cheese at medium speed, then add mango puree and beat the mixture a little more. In a separate container mix flour, baking powder and spices using a whisk. Use a silicone spatula to gently mix wet and dry ingredients (note: add wet items to the dry ones). Grease your baking forms with butter and sprinkle with flour. Put the dough into the forms and bake for 30 minutes.
